Donated to San Antonio in 2002 by the People
of Mexico, the Torch Of Friendship brings some
modern artistic sensibilities to downtown.
Many people hate it, but they probably don't understand
art.
It's a symbol of the unity and good-will that should exist between the
peoples of the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Behind the torch is Rivercenter Mall, in the old
Joske's building.
