The river is one story-ish below the streets.
There are bridges and stairs everywhere, and
plenty of elevators.
It's usually cool and shady down by the water, but
be careful because there are very few guardrails
to keep you from falling in.
Every January the river gets drained and all of the
chairs, cellphones, and forks get pulled
from the mud.
