Great color and sharpness, Keith. I can always tell when someone posts a shot taken with the F707/717. The clarity is distinctive.

I knew there was a good photo in there somewhere, and spent more time cropping and what-not to find it than ever before. I think it's the first time I researched unsharp-mask to keep from overdoing it.
This pic was a real turning point for me way back when, as evidenced by the fact that I posted it at 800x600 pixels when most of my others were 640x480 in 2005.
The F717 spoiled me rotten--that lens was superb and I still miss it.
